MVC is only a small component of your salary. 5% of mvc is quite insignificant. Dont worry that much if real. But then again 13th month is guaranteed, it is how the CS pay is structured so that's nothing special. If this info is true, zero bonus again with paycut.

I doubt so got cut.. just like how previously speculate got pay cut in the end nothing.. usually pay cut only for superscale level.. anyway even low level gov worker earn more then $1400 nowadays.. where got gov worker earn less then $1400.. u think gov cleaner ah??.. haha.. u joking is it..

i heard about the bonus part. but nt sure about the mvc. lets see

Can u all be clear? When u all say 'bonus' is it the AWS? I.e. we will still have AWS? Because I personally dont consider 13th month as a 'bonus'.

AWS is known as 13th month bonus. Any other bonus aside from that is a plus.

no news yet probably there won't be any AWS for 2020
