Exactly. So easy to get in. Why use this as a yardstick?

I am a UOL 2:2. starting pay 3.5K in a MNC.
i have a friend 2:1 in MNC doing managment consulting
I have another friend 1:1 doing consulting at 4K+
Honestly its not impossible, of course we do have colourful resumes with awards, good internships, presidents/ vice presidents of clubs.

we also have first class friends who cant seem to find jobs or get less than 3K but of course if all you have are grades, you will lose to local uni no doubt.

Graduated in 2018 with 1:1.

2018: 3.7k all in
2020: 4.2k without including bonus

Not entirely satisfied with my pay jump after changing jobs, but hopefully bonus will be good!
