I'm working in PA for 1 year and closed to 2 years. I'm feel like I mentally exhausted and sometimes I feel this job not really suitable me . I would Like to submit my resignation but I have not completed my 3 years contract. Is there any penalty if submit my resignation before 3 years provided I provide my two months notice? Anyone knows?

Of course no penalty. You'd be following in the footsteps of the hundreds and hundreds of people who left in under 3 years before you.

Hi everybody. I have a question. Just wondering if anyone has applied for any Data related role in HQ. Current situation is that I have applied for a role there and have completed my second interview with PA HQ hiring manager. They'll inform me verbally this coming week on the updates.
1) Is G50 form required for all PA roles?
2) How long will the clearance take?
3) Is AD = Assistant Director? If so, would like to ask a rough estimate of the pay for Asst Director.

Does anyone knows the salary banding for a PA HQ deputy director?
How long does it takes for an assistant director to move up to deputy director? 3-8 years?
