depends, normally all companies will want you to give past 6 months payslip....
Some MNs are more open, they pay you for your worth, rather than just say 'we pay 10% higher than your last paid'...their reason is if they dun pay you for your worth, you be jumping in no time also

Thanksss bro! I won't do this again for sure but I think I won't disclose my previous salaries next time. Sadly, most companies will just proceed with others who do. Why govt cannot ban this??

yeah bro dont disclose your past salary, if job app asks for it then FCK this job bro move on
got so many jobs that wont ask, legit. at most they just ask ur expected salary, which u can easily give a range or research online and give that value.
govt cannot ban, also if i not wrong, Josephine Teo say employers CANNOT insist for ur last pay... but the gov also cannot enforce this, so she say just walk away from the trash company
