Does anyone know what will happen to your application if you choose not to declare. I have been to court for traffic Offences before and I am worried it will affect my chances of landing a job..

Traffic offence is nothing serious and should not affect. But if you don't declare and it's discovered, your job is gone.

If your traffic offences are not classified as criminal convictions, you do not need to declare them on employment forms.

I was involved in a traffic accident where I was charged in court. Had my license suspended for 3months. But no jail term. I am really worried whether it will affect my career chances..(
