Fact check before commenting. People from supernova programme gets laid off every 6 months. Even the HR answered this question during the offer call.

Rejected their offer because I don't feel safe knowing that I might get laid off after a few months. Probably waiting for another company with a slightly lower pay, better WLB and job stability.

I accepted for now because not sure of any other companies that are even close to offer stage at the moment? A lot of places aren't even hiring also, saw some companies close their job listings also and freeze headcount like Govtech lmao

If u check linkedin, many incompetent ppl with non computing background get into supernova, maybe that's why high layoff. If they improve hiring process, maybe it will improve

So you rejected with nothing else on the table yet? I guess you feel safer with no offer in this market?

I accepted a role in the govt sector instead. The market is looking bad. If Govtech is freezing their hires, I could think that many private sector will start laying off people soon. More so from a crypto company.

I think if for tech, excluding govtech I would only really think CSIT/DSTA would be close right, I think these two after bonuses pretty much outpay this crypto *** anyway, which I guess is better actually if you got them, only problem is growth and the fact that its linked to MINDEF lol
