If it helps, they said that they will be giving out offers till early Nov at least, but likely not shortlisted if you didn't hear back within a week.

is there annual increment in OKX? if yes, how much is it on average?

Does anyone receive rejection? HR said want to schedule a call but it has been a long time… don’t think it’s offer

Yeah just move on.

Last Thurs I got offer via email not call

Those that are waiting for HR call and taking awhile, most likely it's because they're waiting to see whether some applicants want to take up their offer. If they don't take up the offer, they'll offer you instead. From their pov, this is their way to ensure they have enough hires. All the best guys :-)

If you don't know pls don't give out ******** info and false hope.

Offer may come or it may not. You should not be banking on one offer. Go interview at other places, never put all your eggs in one basket.
