Did anyone got offer for SWE?

For SWE, took my 2nd interview on 11 Oct, no news. Checked in with HR yesterday but no reply.

Received verbal offer from HR today - 7.5K product management role
0 years of exp here - fresh grad
3-8 months variable.
0 months = underpeforming
2 months = top 60% performers

another data point for 7.5k. seems like this is standardised across all the roles in the programme.

experienced peeps please correct me. might be wrong.
0 years exp should receive 7.5k
1 year exp should be 8.5~8.75k
so yes - think its quite standardised!

Hey where did you get this from? Did you get an offer or did you just just make a guess based on the past year posts on this thread.

hey, just answering all the comments above

1) my offer was for the Web3 domain
2) yeah... the 8.75k was a guess based on my offer (sorry - didn't mean to mislead, was just a guess)
3) they are hiring < 10 people, out of 100 applicants, 50 made it to the 2 x rounds

Before the 2 tech interviews, I had to go through this HR round. So no one was really “filtered” through this round?
