For local singaporean male, having 15 YOE means you are probably around 40 years old.

At that age, I doubt salary is the most important thing. Money can't buy time and your youth is long gone. Family and kids form a bigger part of happiness.

and yet you see so many cases of ppl jumping from one crappy job to another crappy job looking for money, whereas what you have pointed out rightly is more important.

Biggest ******** I've ever read on here.

Money CAN buy time. The more money you have, the faster you can retire. The faster you can retire, the more time you have to do whatever you want. Go look up what "FIRE" lifestyle means...

There's also no "youth" if you're in your mid 20s lol time to grow up, you had your youth at age <21... beyond that you're just a old man / woman trying to live the good old times, grow up, face reality.

HAH what a joke.

Birth rate has been declining for the past decade because people are getting smarter and realizing that having kids is the dumbest decision ever UNLESS

1: you have millions of dollars and can guarantee proper nurturing for your child
2: you and your partner have high IQ or good qualification and know how to raise a child
3: you're retarded and had sex without a condom. Unfortunately retards breed more retards, harsh cycle of life for retards.

Yes not pretty to see job seekers changing job for higher wages while in their 40s. The more idea situation should be based on interest and work life balance rather than higher wages. That's why is important to really work your way up while in your 20s to 30s as chances of pay acceleration is almost over at later years. Time and chance wait for no man!

Understand your point. Time spent working to earn money cannot be bought back. We are all going towards the same end point in life.

Only rich people can say money not important

Just like only attractive people can say looks are not important in life

Are you just beginning to understand how the world works?
