I just came in here to share my stats, potentially benchmark myself

But in the end get called out for being a fake, get insulted etc.

Why would I take satisfaction in sharing a fake salary? Isn't that the worst thing someone can do?

To me it's super demoralizing to share something fake that you know you never did achieve. It's not yours, at the end of the day you have nothing to be proud of.

Obviously I know my sal is above average but ofc not the highest either, I thought that the was point of the board - to share what you've accomplished.

I know I worked my ass off pretty damn hard to get to where I am, that's why I also am proud to share it.
