Asset Management Salary
Hi all,
I will like to ask what are the salary expectations for a front office role (Investments) in the asset management sector for a fresh graduate?
E.g the range from boutique AMs to large AM firms such as Blackrock or Wellington
Also, how's the salary progression like?
Thanks

A little hard to believe the likes of BlackRock and Wellington would offer 4-5k only?

Large asset managers like the one you mentioned don’t really take in fresh grads for investment role. It will more likely be a junior product role or trading support assistant (supporting traders in placing trades). Salary will be upwards of 8k
