10k per month developer we expect 2 times the productivity at half the time le.
Otherwise we hire 2 fresh grad at 5k better. More value for money
10k eveeloper and can't do much can't package something nice to sell or peesales.

10k neurosurgeon not only do 1 operation per year. Multiple surgery per day. After care. Consultation etc.
SI for a 10k programmer to bring value, he need to develop an AI to assist the neurosurgeon to operate on damaged cell to make the neurosurgeon obselete.
Othwrise... High pay in tech is just because of consumerism.
People buy tech.
Same concept with why Hollywood actor 1 million per movie. Cause people buy movie.
Same reason why people pirate movies.
