Sadly, the experience you've gathered through your years as a lecturer probably ain't enough for you to switch industry. The only public agencies you may go to are MOE and scholarship offices. Unless you have extensive industry contacts, then you may try those Industry Development Group in public agencies.

Module chair doesnt count...
Overseas Service Learning & outreach are low exposure projects where bosses dont see/recognise contribution
I dunno what is TDC so no comments.

you must take bigger projects like grad ceremony IC, school level projects, poly level projects where bossess can see you work damn hard and have results for them to brag about (show off to other schools. poly)....then maybe.....
