I have heard something like 3-8% adjusment in Jan 2013. It is from someone who knows someone working in ITE. This is a secondary source of info. and would like to hear some form of confirmation.

depends on who that someone in ITE is. If it is one of the top HR guys, then more reliable than if it is just a technician. (called TSO)

As a PAX4, I totally welcome the 8% increment. But still no news from my poly. Again, the reliability of the info sources is questioned...

I am AX5, very welcome the 8%. These days the students are getting more difficult to manage, expectations are high all around, plus have to take part in project and competition. we should get the pay revision. But when? when??

I will be very surprised that it will be a unform % across respective PAX. Like all instances, the adjustment % is likely to be performance based.
