Have you called HR to ask? It can go either way and better to ask now.

Nope didnt call , but based on previous techtrek if get shortlisted email if pass background check shld be offer alr

Everyone, backups as well, will receive the shortlisted email. Some people only get rejected very long after the shortlisted email.

u mean they send u the shortlist email and then they reject u ltr ? did they tell u why they reject u ?
