For ministries, the quantum is also dependent on the position you are ranked vis-a-vis your peers on the same substantive grade who has the same grade. For example, if 3 people got B, are you B #1 (receives the highest quantum) or B #3 (receives the lowest quantum).

This is what I heard. Some mx11 got 3, some 3.5 I suppose because of ranking. I think mx 11 c is 2, c+ is 2.5, b is 3 on avg, anything more likely because of ranking

From what I know, most officers’ notice period is only one month. If you tender but wish to serve notice greater than a month, it’s actually up to your employer to accept the longer notice period. Pls check your internal HR portal for confirmation.

Of course la can.. I did that last time, tender in nov but last day i say end jan cos want keep bonus

Tender can anytime la, its the last day of service that is important.. Resignation letter got put what when ur last day of work is..

I’ve had B a few times before as mx11. It ranges 3-3.5
