I thought the differences are between B-/B/B+.
That’s why the PB letter will only indicate a universal B and not show B- or B+

Does it matter ? It doesn’t change the quantum that you will be receiving.

Will indicate B or B+ so far haven't gotten a B- so don't know if it exist. I know got D, C-, C, C+, B and B+.

Is it possible to get a B grade after second/third year in HQ? Or usually HQ harder to do well? Like that why people go HQ

I think it is possible but you have to do jobs beyond your jobscope. Not only that but you have to do it well.
