Does it matter ? It doesn’t change the quantum that you will be receiving.

Will indicate B or B+ so far haven't gotten a B- so don't know if it exist. I know got D, C-, C, C+, B and B+.

I got B+ and C+ before

Is it possible to get a B grade after second/third year in HQ? Or usually HQ harder to do well? Like that why people go HQ

If so hard to get good grades in HQ, then like that hor better to stay in school ah?

I think it is possible but you have to do jobs beyond your jobscope. Not only that but you have to do it well.
