My director informed me of the promotion when he passed the letter to me.

PB 3.5 months grade B. from SB.
Last year PB 3 months.

******** lah. i get 3 Bs in a row also no promotion. Promotion is not based on your performance but rather on your potential. If u have low CEP also no use if u keep scoring Bs.
