How do we know we are promoted? My Boss just shared I’m getting B grade, does that means I’ll be promoted? Or should I ask my boss?

There’s no PB chat session for my department since I joined 2 yrs+ ago. Boss randomly bring up the PB grade. Any idea if got promoted, we will receive email or letter from HR? And when?

Don’t think so. Boss will ask you to approach HR.
