You should either RETURN to IMH should you require your meds and not bark up at the wrong tree. Alternatively, should you be afraid of being hospitalized, you could try your luck at any pharmacies.
If I did not catch your sarcasm, please allow yourself to be enlightened that DSTA is one of the Agency which has such pay progression.

This progression is quite unlikely, even by DSTA standards.
