2013 - joined ministry 3300
2014 - 3600 C
2015 - 3900 C+
2016 - 4300 (jump to stat board) C+
2017 - 4600 C
2018 - 4900 B
2019 -?? (likely B also)

So my qns, will i get promoted?
What will be my increment?

Promotion is depend on each ministry.. I believe each has their own time frame..

MX 12 - 4000 -C+
MX 12 - 4260 - B

MX 11 - 5200 - A
MX 11 - 5800 - B+

yes first job after graduation in a ministry.

From a stay board, my director announced promotion last year on 8 Mar. Official list out on 31 Mar.

Getting 2 Bs will get promoted in april of the 2nd B year?
