Heard directly from my director. No hard and fast rule, usually they will tell you early so you won't take bonus and quit lol.

Just heard from boss that my promotion is confirmed, but didn’t ask further for the grade. All the best for everyone

Is it true that civil service receive about 16ish months on average for annual comp? 12 months + 4 months bonus all added?
