Early release performance bonus
Hello! I am wondering if I can resign on 1st April and still receive my performance bonus?
I have seen several comments that you can only get PB if your last day is end Apr, but I have heard people still taking pb when their last day is 1st Apr, can anyone advise?

U can only retain PB by serving your 1 month notice from 1st Apr, or u go to another govt sector through movement policy.

If one is on no pay leave for a year starting 1 Jan 24. Are they still eligible for Mar PB bonus ? If they decide not to come back after a year will the PB be clawed back?

Hmm. Probably got to check with HR. Too many variables to consider.
