OP here, thanks for sharing. Seems like you're really a high performer.
Hence I am finding other jobs w more "transferable" skills, or MTI/ EDB/ESG (alr rejected by EDB twice oops).

Your progression is like rocket. Promotion every 2 years? It’s on par with all the top tier scholars and even faster than 95% scholars. Are u on PSLP?

Though to be fair I asked about being on PSLP when I was MX11. Director shared that your CEP needs to be at a certain level (he didn't say what it is but I guessed it's MX7 at least) to even apply to the programme if not on PSC scholarship (not guaranteed to get in). The next year he told me my CEP was raised and then I got promoted. He didn't reveal what is my CEP though.

Anybody knows what is MX12 performance grade multiplier?
Based on past posts in this thread I gather the following:
A = 2.95
B+ = 2.75
B = 2.5
C+ = 2.2
C = ?
Anybody knows what is C's multiplier?
