Swe not enjoyable job le.. People think 6 programmers can finish 1 month for a program which one programmer finish in 6 months. The fact is it might be counter productive.
And they suka suka change the requirements which makes swe having to rework and redesign which might even lead to tearing down their work that they have done for past few months
Not to forget people breathing down your neck on the deadlines that they set which they did not even discuss with the devs who knows the realistic timeline
