For low to average earners, an additional 0.1 or 0.2 is really not much, only the higher earners benefit more.
If bonus more, people have more money, they spend more, isn't it better for the economy? No?
Let wait for tomorrow, hopefully can have better bonus. Things are getting expensive, some whole life no promotion, only get that peanut salary to feed whole families. Hope for the best.
