In 2012, the announcement came very late, that year growth was like 1.3%, this year growth is even lower, , consider that year end AVC never lower than mid year, i am going for 0.45-0.55 mth for end AVC.

Actually i think they dunno also. Likely just waiting for PSD to announce before they enter the multiplier amount into the payroll calculation formula, then seek approval and clearance from Directors etc. Just need 2-3 working days only if liddat

Based on the breakdown since 2010....pple won't want to expect the lowest. Definitely more.

In 2012, growth was 4%, received 0.3 months in Jul and 0.7 months in Dec. And it was announced on 22 Nov 2012.
