how much to be a web designer?
I want to be a web designer and went to interview this company https://novage.com.sg/, they offer me $3000/mo. How is the salary? The company looks very big and professional which I am really keen.
Please advise.

It depends. Does the job scope also include Web Development (HTML + CSS) or is it only about building mockups? It's only about design, yes, 3000 SGD for a junior role is the market price. If it's Web Design + Web Development, some companies offer 4000 SGD for junior roles: https://careerwiz.sg/?titles=%5B%22W...eveloper%22%5D.

Answer
$3,000 per month is a decent starting salary for a web designer in Singapore, especially if you're just entering the field. While Novage appears professional and established, it's worth researching typical entry-level salaries for web designers in Singapore. You can use resources like Payscale or* [url=s://dev.to/alexanderriedinger]s://dev.to/alexanderriedinger[/* *to get a better sense of the market value. Consider the company culture and growth opportunities at Novage - their size can offer valuable experience, but weigh that against potential limitations on salary negotiation down the line. Ultimately, the decision hinges on your priorities. If learning and experience are key, Novage could be a great start. If salary is a top concern, further research might be needed.

Aside from salary, what other benefits are offered?
