It's 8-10% Annual Increment for the year that you are promoted.

how does engineer ranking works ?
in mnc, seems to be graduate engineer > engineer > senior engineer > associate
where as local company (singtel/st engineering) seems to start from associate (entry level) ?? in SP, engineer > executive engineer > senior engineer > principal engineer > director ?

Not true, our engineering sector SMEs hire some 80-85% of fresh grads per cohort and talents also can emerge from there.

After couple years when reality sinked in, thats where most of them will hop to other industry after seeing their pathetic salary compared to their friends from other course 😂😂
