So... You think the s&t guys in SG all work US hours? Or are you assuming I cover US hours? OR you assume everyone in SG doing s&t has to watch the market 24/7? Because London is open as well? Hahahahaha. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Be a hero on forum, but you'll be forced to stay in your lane in life, ops monkey.

So you don't cover the US market. Not good enough for the big boys? Poor thing. I'll just leave it as that.

Why not start taking programming courses. Check out thewokesalaryman. They give you a step-by-step guide on how someone become a data analyst. Tech is the new future. It amazes me how not a lot of people see this opportunity.

Hi I need job advice.. My contract is ending next month. I work at ops in bank but very lame job just checking documents only. I am interested in KYC/CDD role or AML. I am degree grad but unrelated to banking/finance. What are some good roles that is good for a graduate? I am really keen to take certs on KYC/CDD but I heard there is a lot of on job training for this role. As for AML role there is cert to learn but I need at least 1 year of experience in the field. So I am not sure how to break into these specific departments. I tried asking my manager for some insight but she is never helpful and always says busy. I come from a dept full of boomers lol. I am the only young grad. Only took this job to step a foot in the bank and as well as to financially support myself. Care to share some insight? Thank you!
