Wow PhD going to work in local bank MO with only 7.5k monthly? Terrible ROI. You can hit that figure in market risk with just a bachelor's by 30-32 if you've been to the right places.

Applied for Functional Business Analyst with UOB, seems to be First VP/VP level. Am not familiar with banking domain but have been in similiar roles for more than 10 yrs. Anyone in similiar role can advise on environment, culture and package for this role. Thanks

Expected salary for that level is around 6.2k to 6.7k. All the best.

yup thats not a senior role so dont expect too much

Don't get fooled by the VP title. It's just a nice name, but salary is around 6k.

Thanks for the responses. Seems like its not worth the move if its in that range as it is around what I am drawing now

Yeah but salary alone shouldn't be your only consideration what. Look at the future prospects etc.
