Both of them (PHD and BO office) have around 4-6 years of experiences. BO friend was promoted from SA to AVP before i left.
Personally i had 10 years.

Nah the average fresh grad will still command around 3-4k region.
5% can earn more than 6k.
20% more than 4k
60% 3-4k
15% slightly less than 3k
