I'm grade F SWE at the moment getting around 7.8k
Worth it to go grade G or not? How much increment including MDR.
Grade G range I hear can stretch from 8.5 to 9.5k

Probably swe salary range is higher.
Me again, grade G DBA offered from 6.5k. Now drawing 8.5k ,grade G still
Can go higher but I think ceiling should hit soon.
