Hi all,
Would like to know whether it is possible for someone without comp sci background to enter GovTech? If yes, what are such roles?
I am intending to transfer over from a ministry and hopefully get sponsored to further study in comp sci. My current ministry does not sponsor courses that are unrelated.

Sponsored by who?govtech?
Possibly but a bit hard. There are non IT roles such as hr business partner, media comms

What is the seniority/ pay grade of a Lead <something> engineer? Is the position considered a superscale post or not yet? Eg, grade I or K?

G/H is [insert position]
I is senior position
J is lead position
K is CIO level
L is cluster director
