May 22 is the adjustment. All adjustments, including those in Phase 3 May 22, will be backdated to April 22.

So my colleagues, looks like we misread the slides. May is when you'll see the adjustments in your payslip.

That's why there's no comms on this.

Technically slides are still correct. It mentioned that the changes will be applied in May, but backdated to April.

True many fresh grad showing off they getting 6k
