in the past few months, a few senior mgmt, directors and dd had left or going to leave the org.. does this look healthy for the org..?
I guess there is only that much ******** one can take from bosses even if one is supposed to be working for passion and public good....

Yup. i suspect this is also unpreceded in public sector. Always remind ourselves that we sign up for a job in public sector. Need to understand the salary structure of public service. Very grateful for the sincerity and hardwork CE, and POD had put in.

Lol since all the HR working overtime, please explain ogp salary structure amd why they have an easier time adjusting theirs then. This question always comes out in town hall but no one dares to take it up.
