i went to review the slides.
Apr 22 is "Review of salaries". Reviewing process only.
May 22 is the adjustment. All adjustments, including those in Phase 3 May 22, will be backdated to April 22.
So my colleagues, looks like we misread the slides. May is when you'll see the adjustments in your payslip.
That's why there's no comms on this.

Not all misread the slides.
Even if they did, not receiving comms for months is real. The theories on buying time to hire & prepare for great migration 2.0 and the strat of replacing unsatisfied old folks with satisfied newcomers with higher pay could be real too.
