If not happy with 5.5k pm, why not go outside and look? It's always those super cmi ones that stay and complain when high performers all either get promoted fast or find better work outside, so don't need complain. Still want to cry about 5.5 with no skills to justify it. For this kind of people, 5k can arm chio already

we are talking about how the 5-month salary review resulted in no change for the juniors and all yall can do is give the unempathetic advice "unhappy just quit lor, if you cant quit means you suck"?

HR did review and concluded current junior pay is align with market rate even for the MDR roles.
What do you all expect? Share the reports? LOL

But what r u going to do about it? If u want more money it's out there. Their salary review probably showed them that you all juniors are probably already overpaid on average for the output delivered. Of maybe the review showed them that they're already overpaying compared to the percentile of industry they I tend to prg themselves at. Probably both. Up to u to prove them right or wrong.
