Hi guys, just wondering, any body know how senior a VP in CS? Do you know corp structure in CS?

I am currently working in HSBC VP (band 5) and offered VP role with CS. Just wondering if I make an upward progression or just a lateral move.

Structure quite flat. Only 5 main ranks.

Anything below avp is an exempt non officer. Internally its equal to no rank.

of course. SG office is very much affected given a sizeable number of IB headcounts here. PB business also affected due to outflow of client's AUM due to loss of confidence. The other control/ops functions are of course downsized as well.
