All got less than 2mth
Band 1 - 1.75?
Band 2 - 1.5?
Band 3 - 1 or lower?

Feel very demoralised. There is a testing schedule today.

Dunno my perm staff colleagues claim their bonus is 3 to 5months bonus but their base is really low... Meaning they have to work 1 whole year to know their actual worth..

But after the new pay scheme. Bonus have dropped to like 1 to 2 months figure
Meaning
Don't bother to work so hard.

Leaving was one of the best decision and biggest regret was to have hope year after year and not leave earlier.
