i signed my st contract, but really felt 2 years wasted for nothing.

Same. Band 2 grade with 1.75%. Any band 2 got higher than that? Times are bad. Previously, received 3% with the same grade back in 2019…

So only Perm Staff bonus will be 2-3 months? Heard Outsource (STE Staff) always get nothing.
