There is this daily monetary compensation provided for oversea trip.
The rate given to personnel depends on the country that you will be travelling to. You can check with your HR prior to travelling, alternatively, if you are curious, just go to the staff portal and search for the rate under HR link.

Time off depends on team's culture, if your boss decides to give you then just take it.

Wage Freeze only apply to Annual Increment which is ZERO this year,
if you are promoted you still get your promotion increment.
