At least for now is safe. One of the DD hinted recently to his team to start looking for new role within the next 4 years. Not sure the reason, but likely not much projects down the line.

Hi all, I received the pro-rated increment today. Would like to check if there will be adjustment on the anniversary month that I joined? Or this pro-rated increment will stick till the next financial year of April 2025?
