Does anyone know what’s the average increment % during non promotion and promotion year? Is it 4% and 8% respectively? In particular in Safety and Contracts group.

Nobody knows. Some are getting $100. Some are getting even lesser than that. Some claim 5%. It’s wildly inconsistent but usually won’t beat inflation.

Can I check what's the maximum number of leave we can bring over to the next year?

Does anyone know how much can an IT Analyst fetch in LTA? TIA

Can bring over all your AL but must use by next year. So must clear all your 2023 leave before 2024 ends.

I’m getting ard 4.3k for 1.5years in service. I think contracts role are pretty underpaid, looking at the amount of contracts to deal with and workload is pretty high. Hopefully they will look into contracts’ salary. Because I know that those in rails or roads engineers, they are getting paid around 300-500 higher than us.

Not just that, almost nobody in contracts is on PSLP (small amount of them in programme planning). Most are in engineering teams. So your career progression up is limited just by being in contracts.
