Joining LTA As Fresh Grad
Graduating soon from NTU EEE, expected Honours (Distinction), low 4 points.
Planning join Rail (which is my interest), some relevant Intern experience inside Rail Industry.
How much could I possibly get? Can the Relevant Intern experience possibly jack up starting pay slightly in any way?
Is using GES Survey a reasonable benchmark ref to propose starting pay?

Differences Between Project Engineer vs Executive Project Engineer
Noticing that some LTA roles are just Engineer, others with "Executive" in-front.
Any catches in why got different titles?

PE - LTE6 (fresh grad)
EPE - LTE7 (usually after 2 years will get promoted to EPE from PE)

No. You get LTE grade 6 by default. Those that are above you will be FCHs & scholars. The difference can be up to $750.
LTA has a no-nego policy when it comes to salaries. If you attend townhalls you will know HR upfront says no nego. Not happy you can just leave.
