Sounds about right for the other ministries / agencies also..

Seems like there has been a salary adjustment for fresh grad pay grade across some groups ranging from engineer to AM

Non-contract perm staff. But projects/work are no longer assigned to me. I’m basically doing nothing and I’m briefed that I will get base grading from this year onwards. And ended the convo by saying “leaving may be better for you and me”
