Has anyone applied so far? How long do they usually take to get back? Seems like it’s around 2 months based on some replies here

The call should be quite fast if I remembered correctly. I used to be an ICA officer. Submitted and was called up for interview within few weeks.
Started as an INSP with second lower. Salary 4 K. Work 3 years and plus 2 years NS, promoted to ASP. After about 6 years of work; salary hit about 6.2 K. Subsequently sick and tired of shift, transfer to another stats board and took a 15 % pay cut.
Do join only if you have passion. Else when you quit and join other places; you will realize it is difficult to find something with matching pay as their salary is good.

After 6 years of work then your pay hit 6.2k? Very low actually. Your experience at ICA was not considered at all?
