That’s pretty damn high for BO. How does the compensation/increment measure up against BBs?

GPP pay starts at 6k for BO/MO AND 8k for FO. Increases to 9.2k+ For FO after 9 months.

Yes it’s high but even the BO/MO positions there are almost impossible to get accepted into for a fresh grad

No you misunderstand. GPP is meant for fresh grad, but the intake each year is very low, usually in the single-digits.

From what I’ve heard it’s usually it’s 5-10 FO and 10-15 MO/BO for each GPP class so anywhere from 15-25 GPP slots. But FO slots are reserved for successful intern converts or scholars. This is across the whole firm across all 10+ offices worldwide.

Guy who posted previously is right. GPP is only for fresh grads.

10-15 MO/BO slots paying 6k salary is still pretty reasonable. That’s more than the average class size of top-tier BBs and they are paying lesser for MO/BO.
