Anyone knows salary for fresh grad joining GIC Professionals Programme? What different streams/programs are there (if any)? Do the salary differ? Any bonus or pay increment during the prog?

CTO was notorious for favouritism and quite abusive towards those that weren't her cronies. Forced a lot of senseless outsourcing and re-org that made things worse and life difficult for many. People under her left in droves during her reign. Did the same when she was in Singtel and made a mess of things over there. But what to do...she is well connected.
Labs SVP was one of the crony...useless guy whose team never delivered anything tangible under his 5+ years in charge. Only know how to bash other business units' ideas then steal and repackage as his own. He and his team got "re-org" away as well...

Has anyone heard back or got any update on MIKA for GIC Professionals Programme 2024? Applied ~2 weeks after opening date. Heard they won't even review your application if GPA lower than second upper, anyone can confirm?

What is your GPA? I think they do filter by GPA and usually the cut off is at second upper equivalent indeed.
